Your right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or incur any penalties.
Customers residing in the United Kingdom benefit from the same rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
Notify us of your decision before the expiration of the 14-day period by email at: contact@lumenova.fr stating:
- Your first and last name
- Your order number
- The date of receipt
- Your decision to withdraw
Product return
You have 14 days after notification to return the product to us in its original, unused condition, in its original packaging with all its accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a product that does not match the order.
Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will proceed with a full refund of the amounts paid, including initial delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days, via the same payment method used during the order.
Important exception
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. LED light therapy devices that have been used on the skin fall into this category.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 24 months from delivery (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the Civil Code).
