About the products
1. How does LED light therapy work?
LED light therapy uses precise light wavelengths to penetrate the skin at different depths and stimulate natural cellular processes. Red light stimulates collagen, blue light acts on acne-causing bacteria, and near-infrared promotes deep cellular regeneration. It is a non-invasive, painless technology with no recovery time.
2. How long will it take to see results?
The first effects usually appear after 1 to 2 weeks. Results on acne are visible after 4 weeks, on wrinkles after 8 weeks, and on hair density between 8 and 12 weeks. Regularity is key: 3 to 5 sessions per week, lasting 10 to 30 minutes.
3. What is the difference between the LED face mask and the LED hair cap?
The LED face mask treats facial skin — acne, wrinkles, skin radiance. The LED hair cap is designed for the scalp — it stimulates hair follicles to promote regrowth and improve hair density. Both devices can be used in combination.
4. Can I use the LED mask if I have sensitive skin?
Yes. LED light therapy is suitable for sensitive skin as it does not use aggressive heat or chemicals. If in doubt, start with short 10-minute sessions. In case of a diagnosed skin condition, consult your doctor before use.
5. Is LED light therapy safe for the eyes?
Our devices use medically documented eye-safe light. Some models come with eye protection — always wear them. LED light therapy does not produce excessive heat or UV radiation.
6. Can I use the LED mask during pregnancy?
As a precaution, we recommend that pregnant women consult their doctor before use. Although the technology is non-invasive, there are not yet enough specific studies on this period.
About orders and delivery
7. What are the delivery times?
Our devices are shipped from our partner warehouses in China. Preparation within 2 to 6 days + delivery within 7 to 14 days after shipment, for an estimated total delay of 9 to 20 working days. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it is shipped.
8. Are customs fees included in the price?
Yes — all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price displayed on our site. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
9. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, PayPal, as well as installment payments via Klarna and Scalapay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.
About returns and warranties
10. What is your return policy?
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective product.
11. What warranty covers my devices?
All our devices benefit from a 24-month legal guarantee of conformity and a 1-year commercial warranty included. In case of a detected defect, please contact us at contact@lumenovaparis.com.
12. Are Lumenova devices certified?
Yes. All devices offered bear the mandatory CE marking for sale in France and the European Union. Our masks are also certified.
