RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product to us, in accordance with European regulations on the right of withdrawal.

 

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

•       In its original, unused, and undamaged condition

•       In its original packaging with all included accessories

•       Accompanied by the purchase order or proof of purchase

 

3. Procedure

1.     Send an email to contact@lumenovaparis.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.     We will provide you with return instructions within 48 business hours.

3.     Ship the product to the address: 26 rue dufrenoy 75116 Paris by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

 

4. Return Costs

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

 

5. Refund

After receipt and verification of the product, we will issue a full refund (excluding initial shipping costs) within 14 days, using the payment method used during the purchase.

 

6. Non-returnable Products

Products that have been used, unsealed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.

 

7. Defective Product

If your product has a defect upon receipt, please contact us immediately at contact@lumenovaparis.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no cost.
