GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - GTC

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of products carried out by UTA RETAIL SAS (SIREN: 106 648 132 – 106 648 132 R.C.S. Paris) via the website www.lumenovaparis.com, to private consumers residing in Europe.

 

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are LED light therapy devices (face and neck masks) for personal cosmetic use. Essential characteristics are described on the product sheets. Photographs are non-contractual.

 

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. UTA RETAIL SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

 

Article 4 – Order

The order is definitively validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer within 24 hours.

 

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripe, PayPal, Klarna or Scalapay) via the secure Shopify Payments solution. Bank details are encrypted and are not stored by UTA RETAIL SAS.

 

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are shipped via express delivery (DHL or equivalent) from China. Preparation within 2 to 6 days + delivery within 7 to 14 days after shipment, for an estimated total delay of 9 to 20 business days. Delivery times are indicative. UTA RETAIL SAS cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs.

 

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed. Refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product to the address:

Article 8 – Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

 

Article 9 – Mediation

In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the customer may use the mediation service free of charge: CM2C – www.cm2c.net.

 

Article 10 – Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law.
